Never Share These Publicly

What to Have Ready

Before you open a live chat, find the transaction reference number for the payment you are asking about. It is a 12-digit code in your transaction history under “My Account”. With that reference ready, the agent can pull up the exact deposit or withdrawal in seconds. Without it, they will ask you to go find it first, which slows the conversation.
